Elections Alberta is one of our many repeat clients. We first began working together when Elections Alberta required an online assessment tool to be used in the selection of returning officers and election clerks for Alberta provincial elections.

Elections Alberta needed to identify a company that had a pre-existing technology that could provide the required testing of applicants — the overall development time was approximately one month. As we soon learned, however, extensive customized reporting of results was also required. We had almost no time to troubleshoot the system, and it had to work perfectly. Could we meet the deadline?

We did, and we have since provided hosting and maintenance services for the Returning Officer & Election Clerk Assessment website.

The assessment tool consists of a series of modules with questions developed by Elections Alberta to measure the qualifications of prospective candidates. Candidates who successfully complete the test can apply to Elections Alberta for the positions.

We also provide a Help Desk during the leadup to provincial elections for anyone experiencing technical difficulties.Elections Alberta recently contracted us to upgrade the website in time for the 2015 provincial election.
