Dinika Matychuk of Leston Holdings (1980) Ltd. first came to Chinook Multimedia when she needed help with a legacy Joomla website. The original developer was no longer in business. Like many of our Joomla web design clients, Dinika found us with a Google search for a Joomla developer.

We helped Dinika update to the latest Joomla content management system. More recently, we undertook a complete redesign to modernize the appearance and highlight the benefits offered by Leston Holdings (1980) Ltd.

MEETING CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

Our first contract with Leston Holdings was to update the Joomla website. The original system for managing business listings was too complex and time-consuming to update. The outdated content management system was also vulnerable to hackers. Leston Holdings wanted to leverage the advantages of the latest Joomla content management system, including:

• a more powerful, easy-to-update business directory component for managing the online presentation of its property holdings
• responsive design for today's widescreen monitors, tablets, and mobile devices
• enhanced search engine optimization

Chinook Multimedia migrated the content and graphic design from the legacy Joomla website to the latest responsive Joomla content management system. We also updated the styling for responsive design and assisted with search engine optimization.

We also took over hosting and supporting the website for Leston Holdings.

Recently, we completed updated the look and feel of the website, opening it up to take advantage of new, wider screens with full width display.The attractive, airy look of the website now matches Leston's apartments: roomy, clean, and highly functional.
